With a warm climate, stunning beaches and a wide range of stunning accommodation, it is no wonder so many people choose to take advantage of a Caribbean holiday. The Caribbean is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world; it is located to the east of Central America and consists of over seven thousand islands. Each Caribbean island offers something different, from a relaxing break to an action packed getaway.

A Caribbean holiday is ideal for sun lovers, with year round sunshine and hardly any rainfall. The sandy beaches offer white sands and turquoise waters, many people head to the Caribbean to take advantage of the diving conditions especially to meet the wide variety of sea life and explore the coral reef.

Whichever Caribbean holiday island you choose, you can guarantee you will find something exciting and unique. The Dominican Republic offer ancient ruins which are perfect for exploring, Jamaica is home to Seventeenth century British forts and Cuba offers visitors stunning colonial buildings.

The Caribbean is a vibrant place which comes alive in the evening, the wide variety of bars and nightclubs offer live music and dancing until the early hours. For a more relaxing evening, there are several waterside bars and restaurants that are perfect for enjoying a drink under the night sky. A Caribbean holiday would not be the same without sampling some of the local cuisine; traditional food is generally spicy with a wide use of sea food and chicken. For the less adventurous palate, many hotels offer a selection of international cuisine with everything from Italian to Chinese food available.
