This small town is now a popular tourist destination due the explosion of tourism industry in the Canary Islands. This town is located on the island of Tenerife and was once a very important port for the island till the large threat of pirate raids in the late 19th century, though to date it has restored its usefulness to the island. A Los Cristianos holiday will provide plenty of interest due it colourful history and as a result of its location great weather also.

With old building scattered around the town you will want to find time to take in the glorious architecture. Two beaches with golden sands will lure you in at some point to lay and take a load off. The best excursions are the boat trips that take you out to sea to witness the marine life in shape of whales and dolphins, a true delight to behold. It’s one of the best reasons to book a Los Cristianos holiday.

The tourist boom has seen the resort shape itself so that more people can visit and this means there is a variety of accommodations available to fit different budgets, making your Los Cristianos holiday very attainable. There are also many great restaurants to visit where you’ll find favourite popular styled restaurants like Italian and British, but also try some of the seafood based restaurants because the town has a massive fishing culture there are some very fresh and tasty meals.

You will find a great mixture of bars on your Los Cristianos holiday including some perfect for sitting and enjoying the sun setting on the sea with a glass of wine, to bars playing music and serving cocktails into the early hours.

Many nationalities head to this town in Tenerife because of it variety and small town appeal that seems to offer more and more with each corner you take.
